In this surgical video, Dr. Selam Yekta Sendul demonstrates excision of a primary orbital ossifying fibroma. The primary site of the tumor was the superior orbital wall, and nearly half of the orbital volume was invaded by the ossifying fibroma. The ossifying fibroma was excised via an external superior orbitotomy (upper eyelid skin crease incision) approach. The superior orbital wall surface was then smoothed by a microtorque surgical drill device.
