    This prospective study included 24 patients (24 eyes) treated sequentially with vitrectomy, IVTA therapy and macular focal laser photocoagulation. Significant improvement in both BCVA and central macular thickness was observed at three, six and 12 months. Complications included nuclear sclerotic cataracts (eight of 12 phakic eyes) and elevated IOP (eight of 24 eyes).
