  • Dr. Chang is the director of the ophthalmic plastic, orbital, and reconstructive surgery service at the Doheny Eye Institute in Los Angeles. He holds a joint appointment as assistant professor of Ophthalmology at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California (USC). Dr. Chang completed his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine followed by an internship at Charity Hospital of New Orleans and a residency at Cornell Medical Center's New York Hospital. Fellowships in ophthalmic pathology, oculoplastic surgery, and ophthalmic oncology at Harvard Medical School's Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary followed. Dr. Chang is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) and the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), from which he received an Achievement Award in 2006.
