Dr. Sekhon is currently working as a post doctoral associate in the department of Ophthalmology at the University of Florida under Dr. Mark. B. Sherwood. She also worked as a research fellow in ophthalmology with Dr. Donald Budenz at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami. Dr. Sekhon received her medical training from Government Medical College in India. She then went on to a residency in internal medicine at St. Francis hospital in Evanston, Illinois. Dr. Sekhon is board certified in internal medicine. Her research interests include glaucoma and imaging techniques in glaucoma.
