Drs. Riley Sanders, Mohamed Soliman, Dalia Tohamy, and Ahmed Sallam demonstrate injections of silicone oil with an approach that prevents the oil from infiltrating the subretinal and suprachoroidal spaces. One example demonstrates injection in a patient with good pupil dilation. The second example shows an injection performed on a patient with a very small pupil.
