Comprehensive Ophthalmology, Neuro-Ophthalmology/Orbit
Image shows complete left homonymous hemianopia in both eyes suggesting patient suffered cerebrovascular insult in right hemisphere of brain. The lesion cannot be localized to a specific region of the brain; the insult can occur in the optic tract, parietal, or occipital areas. OKN asymmetry would help identify parietal case.
