    Left upper eyelid ptosis, edema and pain. Limitation of eye movement left eye. History of leukemia. MRI of the orbit (coronal images) without contrast (T1) and with contrast (T2), respectively highlighting mass in the left orbit. Enlarged lacrimal gland. Globular mass in the left superolateral orbit demonstrates molding and flattening of the globe. Anterior orbitotomy with biopsy of mass revealed recurrent B Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (B-ALL)/Leukemia Philadelphia chromosome (BCR-ABL p210).
