Anisocoria secondary to pharmacologic miosis of right eye with 1% pilocarpine. The top row (a) is the normal pupil size in normal lighting conditions. The second row (b) reveals the normal constriction of both pupils when light is applied to the left eye. In the last row (c), pilocarpine has been applied to only the right eye.
