    Glaucoma

The congenital anomaly of stretched zonules causes rubbing against the iris pigment epithelium, which leads to pigment dispersion. This is visible on the posterior lens capsule as a Scheie stripe or as Zentmayer lines, even without evidence of pigmentary glaucoma.
