Acute zonal occult outer retinopathy (AZOOR). Annular depigmentation of the RPE can be seen around the optic nerve (top left). Autofluorescence (top right) demonstrates areas of hypofluorescence corresponding to RPE loss. The fovea appears normal. OCT images (bottom) demonstrate outer retinal atrophy in the involved area.
