A 80-year-old lady with advanced age-related macular degeneration in both eyes. The top row reveals her fundus photograph and corresponding visual field at that time her vision was 20/50. The lower row reveals very subltle progression of her disease, but drastic decrease in her central visual field, her vision here was worse than 20/400.
