    Retina/Vitreous

Central serous chorioretinopathy (detachment of sensory retina). (A) Early venous phase shows area of dry leakage just superior and temporal to optic nerve. (B) Late venous phase shows extension of fluid in “smokestack” configuration into large serous detachment under sensory retina. (C) Recirculation phase. Blood in retinal vessels no longer contains fluorescein. Note collection of dye in subretinal fluid. Serous detachment appears as blister-like cavity.
