    Postoperative slit-lamp photographs of both eyes from the same patient. a. The photograph of the right eye was taken 2 months after Descemet membrane endothelial keratoplasty. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 20/20. The edges of graft are not visible on direct diffuse illumination. b. The photograph of the left eye was taken 8 months after Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty surgery. BCVA was 20/25. The nasal graft edge is visible (red arrows).
