    Retina/Vitreous

Metastatic tumor to choroid. (A) Arterial phase shows areas of fluorescein accumulation in choroid. Retinal vessels overlie areas of collected dye, but do not appear to be affected by them. (B) Arteriovenous phase. Retinal vascular pattern appears to be normal. Areas of fluorescein staining in choroid are more extensive and more evident. (C) Late venous phase shows considerable accumulation of dye in choroid as areas of staining become more confluent. (D) Retinal vessels no longer contain dye and are seen in contrast to extensive background fluorescence resulting from retention of dye by metastatic tumor. (Areas of metastatic tumor show much retention of fluorescein). Focal areas of fluorescence seen earlier have diffused and cannot be identified.
