Ocular tuberculosis (TB) and coexisting tubercular lymphadenitis. a. Tubercular cold abscess of submandibular lymph node. b. Anterior chamber tubercular granuloma. c. Ziehl–Neelsen stain of anterior chamber granuloma shows pink acid-fast bacilli with epithelioid cells. There was no pulmonary TB.
