Primary central nervous system lymphoma in the right eye of a 62-year-old man presenting with vitritis and advanced subretinal/subretinal pigment epithelial infiltrates involving the entire posterior pole. The patient had been treated with corticosteroids with no improvement for several weeks prior to presentation.
