Patient with residual NVE, some of which is fine in caliber after scatter treatment. Notice loose pattern of treatment, with large spaces between burns and areas of untreated retina, especially in quadrant of NVE. Additional treatment was applied, appropriately, and the neovasculization almost completely resolved.
