Fundus photo of right eye depicted a small intraretinal hemorrhage with retino-retinal anastomoses, edema and soft drusen at the macula. Early phase of indocyanine green angiography (IGC-A) depicted the intraretinal hot spot with retino-retinal anastomoses and a progressive leakage at late phase of ICG-A over a diffuse choroidal hyperfluorescence (pigment epithelial detachment).
