B-scan showing hyperechogenic shadows and reverberations caused by remaining silicone oil droplets after silicone oil removal. The patient was operated for retinal detachment and silicone oil was injected. After the removal of silicone oil, a B-scan was performed which showed hyperechogenic shadows with reverberations.
