    Cornea/External Disease

Color and red-free photographs of toxoplamosis scar in right eye with corresponding Humphrey visual fields. Patient is a 68-year-old lady. Her vision is 20/40 in the right eye and 20/20 in her left eye. Her complaint is that she has a very large blind spot in her inferior visual angle. On exam, a large chorioretinal scar is seen, likely culprit is toxoplasmosis. The chorioretinal scar is classic for a toxoplasmosis chorioretinal affecting the posterior fundus and macula.
