    Glaucoma, Surgical Management

In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Davinder Grover shares his approach for choosing the appropriate minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) procedures. If a patient has mild disease, he considers a stenting procedure. For mild to moderate glaucoma, he prefers a stripping type procedure, like goniotomy. Once the patient has moderate to advanced disease with vision loss, he opens up the angle 360 degrees and performs an ab interno circumferential trabeculectomy or gonioscopy-assisted transluminal trabeculotomy.
