In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Yoshi Yonekawa performs limbal vitrectomy with dissection of a dense plaque from severe anterior persistent fetal vasculature in a 3-month-old boy. It is important to rule out retinoblastoma, create all incisions through the limbus, and avoid making any iatrogenic retinal break. The combination of a needle, diathermy, vitreous cutter, forceps, and horizontal scissors allowed complete dissection of the plaque.
