In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Davinder Grover offers tips for tailoring minimally invasive glaucoma surgery to a patient's individual needs. Begin by opening the patient's drainage system. If the patient has mild to moderate glaucoma and is controlled on 1 drop, consider a stent or a Kahook Dual Blade for goniotomy. But if they have moderate to advanced disease, or a secondary type of glaucoma, Dr. Grover recommends opening the angle 360 degrees with a proline GATT and an ab interno 360 trabeculotomy.
