As corneal procurement has been drastically low during COVID-19 time, we need to double the utilization rate for each optical grade tissue. This video demonstrates a noble technique of Descemet membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK) graft preparation via a bandage contact lens (BCL) interface technique. It helps to utilize one cornea for two recipients: one for DMEK and one for deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty. BCL interface is necessary for DMEK graft for creating “S” stamps, so that the surgeon's main DMEK surgical technique remains the same.
