    AAO 2015
    Cornea/External Disease

This is a case presentation of a 90-year-old women who presented with worsening pain in both eyes, photophpbia, and a questionable history of ocular cicatricial pemphigoid (OCP). Often OCP can mimic a chemical injury, and although steroids are helpful in OCP, they can exacerbate chemical injury. Thus a careful history is essential. Diagnostic criteria, including clinical appearance and history, are also discussed.
