Descemet stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK) can successfully treat corneal edema and visual loss in iridocorneal endothelial (ICE) syndrome, however associated glaucoma problems may affect the long-term prognosis. This video demonstrates quadruple DSEK — DSEK, phacoemulsification, IOL implantation and trabeculectomy — for ICE syndrome and concomitant corneal edema and glaucoma.
