This video demonstrates limbal incision for strabismus surgery. The surgeon proposes a 4-step incision process: an initital incision through conjunctiva and Tenon's capsule; a second step with both blades in Sub-Tenon's space and the incision opened with blunt dissection; a third step with one blade in Sub-Tenon's space and the other at the limbus; and finally the radial excision extended.
