    In this surgical video, Dr. Joshua Teichman performs large-diameter therapeutic penetrating keratoplasty (PK), membranectomy, and IOL-capsule complex removal in a patient with mycobacterium keratitis and endophthalmitis. The patient was minimally responsive to fortified amikacin, clarithromycin, moxifloxacin, oral doxycycline, and intravitreal amikacin.
