We present a technique (universal, does not require vitreoretinal equipment, ideal for media opacity or trauma, stress-free and cost effective) for passive drainage of high-density silicone with two alternatives available: Inferior 20g sclerotomy with superior 20g infusion, anti-Tredelenburg body position with inferoduction of globe; or temporal 20g sclerotomy, nasal 20g infusion, rotation of globe temporally, face turned towards involved eye and rotational tilting of operating table towards operated eye.
