Drs. John Dehnel, Bo Huang, and HongVan Le describe the case of a 14-year-old patient with an iris cyst that was causing worsening vision and induced astigmatism. The cyst was excised via transcorneal aspiration and alcohol destruction, performed over 4 cycles. The patient was then given a postoperative regimen of 4 different eyedrops.
