Modified Palpebral Spring Technique

In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. George Salloum and colleagues demonstrate a technique for inserting and securing palpebral springs in the management of paralytic lagophthalmos. This method is less invasive, improves spring function and results in more complete lid closure and long-term stability. This approach has wide applicability in otherwise high-functioning patients with facial nerve palsy.
