Using a slit-lamp camera, Dr. Sarvesswaran Prakash captures video of slow-moving rouleux (stacked red blood cells) passing through retinal arterioles in a case of acute incomplete ophthalmic artery occlusion. The slowed blood flow from incomplete occlusion enhances the formation of rouleux.
