    Corneal perforations come in a variety of shapes and sizes and are true ocular emergencies. Commonly used surgical options include tissue adhesive glues, bandage contact lenses, and amniotic membrane grafts. Autologous Tenon patch grafting is a cheap and effective modality for sealing small to moderate-sized corneal perforations. This video describes the indications, technique, and outcomes of the Tenon patch graft procedure.
