    Best's disease. (A) Red-free photograph shows characteristic macular lesion in Best's disease. Lesion is not entirely homogenous in this patient. (B) Prearterial phase shows dye in top portion of macular lesion. Retinal arterioles are just beginning to fill. Background fluorescence is due to dye filling choroicapillaris. (C) Accumulation of fluorescein is seen in uppermost portion of lesion. Inferior half of lesion blocks fluorescein. (D) Venous phase. Dye is retained by macular lesion, but no dye leaks.
