    Left Eye (OS) Serous choroidal effusion left eye (OS) and hypotony maculopathy. +Glaucoma OU -s/p trabeculectomy OU (about 5-7 yrs ago respectively OU). IOP 9, 2 respectively. Ocular Coherence Tomography (OCT): OD:CRT: 285um; normal foveal contour ; OS: CRT: 187um; irregular foveal contour; undulated RPE/chorioretinal folds.
