Choroidal nevus. (A) Red-free photograph shows small nevus of choroid with mottled pigmentation and no changes in overlying retina. (B) Arteriovenous phase shows poorly defined margins of nevus. Lesion blocks choroidal fluorescence poorly and does not leak dye.
