Congenital rubella retinopathy. Arteriovenous phase shows characteristic change in retinal pigment epithelium: diffuse, granular pigmentary salt-and-pepper change with window defects and pigment changes. This lesion is typical. Note that pigment is not changed as in pigmentary retinopathy. No dye leaks.
