Figure of a a 64 year-old female with a history of diabetes with intermittent blurry vision. Her visual acuity was 6/10 in both eyes. The fundus exam revealed an extensive epiretinal membrane and multiple retinal hemorrhages but no macular regions abnormalities, explaining the lightness of vision loss due to the lesions.
