Iris is the most beautiful structure of the eye. When it gets damaged, the beauty of the eye is lost. 20 year-old male presented with a history of blunt trauma to the eye by a large rubber band. He had more than 180 degrees of iridodialysis and developed traumatic posterior sub-capsular cataract. He underwent successful Iridodialysis repair plus cataract surgery and regained his vision.
