Arteriovenous phase. Another diabetic patient with poor vision due to poor perfusion of capillary net at macula. Large area of nonperfusion, about 1 disc diameter, is centered at focus. This is seen as large dark area at center of macula. Dye does not leak into macula (ischemic diabetic maculopathy).
