    Retina/Vitreous

Adult vitelliform foveamacular dystrophy. (A) Red-free photograph shows large, whiteish foveal lesion that resembles giant druse. Note other drusen at macula. This lesion remained stable for more than 10 years and patient retained good visual acuity. (B) Early arteriovenous phase demonstrates blocked fluorescence in foveal lesion. Some staining occurs at edges of lesion. Many more drusen can be seen angiographically than are apparent on red-free photograph. (C) Late venous phase. Foveal lesion retains fluorescein dye and stains, but does not leak. It remains fairly well defined.
