    Perforation of a long-standing, neglected corneal ulcer in a patient following a minor bout of cough. Note the corneal infiltrates extending till the limbus superiorly and inferiorly. Visual acuity was light perception with inaccurate projection of rays. The patient underwent an evisceration followed by a secondary implant subsequently.
