Dr. Francis Price demonstrates Descemet stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK) following routine phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. After the lens is dialed into place, Dr. Price uses a trephine to mark where Descemet's membrane is subsequently scored and stripped. He pulls the donor tissue into the eye through a Busin glide and positions it against the back of the host cornea.
