Primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG). a. Small pupil is not uncommonly encountered in patient with PACG. Iris hooks can be used to enlarge the pupil intraoperatively. b. A Malyugin ring is sometimes used for lens extraction in PACG patients with a small pupil. It can be positioned at the pupillary margin circumferentially for pupil enlargement.
