    In this case, presented by Dr. Jon Peiter Saunte at Pediatric Subspecialty Day 2016, a 54-year-old man presents with traumatic right 6th nerve palsy after a 12-meter fall landing on a marble floor. After 2 years, 24 orthopedic surgeries, and extensive rehabilitation, he still suffers from vertical and horizontal diplopia. He has no previous ocular complaints.
