In this presentation from Pediatric Subspecialty Day 2016, Dr. Seyhan Bahar Ozkan discusses the case of a 37-year-old woman with an intracranial hemorrhage following a traffic accident 15 months prior. She had a previous operation for lacrimal canal repair, right post-traumatic third nerve palsy, a large exodeviation of 75 PD, and intractable diplopia related to acquired loss of fusion. Adduction, elevation, and depression were severely limited.
