Prenatal Ultrasound for Ocular Diagnoses

In this presentation from Pediatric Subspecialty Day 2016, Dr. Arun Singh discusses abnormalities that can be discovered through ultrasound and MRI. These abnormalities include anophthalmia, microphthalmia, optic-nerve coloboma, cyclopia, high myopia, persistent hyperplastic vitreous, cataract, and retinoblastoma. Limitations of ultrasonography include operator variability, fetal position, gestational age effects, and tissue  definition.
