Superior Rectus Transposition with Medial Rectus Recession

In this case, presented by Dr. Hunter at Pediatric Subspecialty Day 2016, a 7-year-old boy presents with bilateral abduction limitation. He had some minor anomolies at birth, but the question of when he had the onset of limitation of abduction is most important: He developed esotropia in the first year of life, and had two ineffective procedures to try to correct it.
