In this video, the authors describe a case of congenital corneal keloid in a 1-month-old child and its management with a manual anterior lamellar keratoplasty. After confirming the extent of the keloid using ultrasound biomicroscopy, the periphery was marked and lamellar dissectors were used to complete a 360-degree anterior lamellar dissection that included a thin rim of healthy corneal tissue around the keloid. Donor tissue was prepared on an artificial anterior chamber before being sutured in place. One year after surgery, the child's visual acuity was 24/70 in that eye with no strabismus.
