This retrospective study analyzed outcomes in 10 consecutive patients (16 eyes) implanted with a single 210-degree arc length intrastromal corneal ring segment using a femtosecond laser.  Mean follow-up was 30.7 months. Mean UCVA improved in all eyes, BCVA improved in most eyes, and there was a significant reduction in spherical equivalent refractive error. Mean maximum keratometric power decreased from 49.70 D to 46.08 D (P < 0.001), and mean cylindrical refraction decreased from -4.39 D to -2.38 D (P < 0.001).
